Error while mounting NTFS file system as read write

Below is the error which comes when trying to mount NTFS file system with read and write access

The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Falling back to read-only mount because the NTFS partition is in an
unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation
or fast restarting.)

After searching I got what to do

Run the below command

$ sudo ntfsfix /dev/sda8

Now mount the file system read and write access by below command

$ sudo mount -o rw /dev/sda8 /media/user
